Understanding what pains you or what you want to change is a very good start but it is not enough. Hypnotherapy is a solutions focused practice. That means we aim to find resolutions. Not really possible if the goals are not correctly set.
There are many approaches available, but I like to use the Points of You method. It uses photographs to activate the subconscious mind and is a great way to start your journey of change.
