As I’ve shared before in this blog, I am have a great deal of interest in all things psychology and the human mind, as well as personal development. So much so that I am currently taking a degree in psychology as research studies fascinate me. I like the thought of applying evidence-based strategies to my practice.
And that’s the reason I came across this free course from Open University, on Understanding Depression and Anxiety. OU courses are excellent, with lots of audio-visual material taking students through theory and practice on a variety of subjects.
