Limiting beliefs are conscious or subconscious beliefs that hold you back in some way.
If we wish to achieve our true potential, we must destroy the limiting beliefs that are holding us back. As you have seen, there are many false truths that stop us from growing, subconscious voices that speak loudly. But they can be quieted down with the right action plan.
