I’ve started creating short videos to kickstart a new habit. Meditating feels hard for many people, or sounds too spiritual. But the reality is that we can just use its basic techniques for relaxation.
Our senses can transport us to happy, quiet places. Until the internet can give us the other three senses, using sound and vision will just have to do.
So, short videos are a great way to achieve that feeling. Sit back with headphones on, and just let go.
